Theobion SMS Marketing Program
Theobion is a brand of Recherche Collective LLC ("Theobion," "we," "us").

Program description

By opting in to the Theobion SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Theobion at the mobile number you provided, including product launches, promotions, preorder updates, cart reminders, and order-related messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Participation is completely voluntary.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us, or click the unsubscribe link where available. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you are subscribed to more than one Theobion text program, you may need to opt out of each one separately.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to participate.

Privacy
